I'd say anything by Lucado (especially Jesus, In the Eye of the Storm, 6 hours one Friday), The Ragamuffin Gospel and Abba's child by Brennan Manning, Desiring God and the Pleasure's of God by John Piper, Mere Christianity by C.S.
