Wild at Heart by John Eldridge, Blue Like Jazz by Donald Miller, 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership by John Maxwell, and one I am reading right now is Messy Spirituality by Mike Yaconelli. I think it's going to make the cut for this list!

I second the Do Hard Things book. I also thought Six Prayers God Always Answers was a great book.

One book our youth are reading is Do Hard Things by Alex and Brett Harris. It is challenging the hearts of our youth and they are stepping up to make a difference for Christ in this world.

Well, I don't know that I would offer The Shack or Velvet Elvis (haven't read the latter but too many negatives to the former). I'd say anything by Lucado (especially Jesus, In the Eye of the Storm, 6 hours one Friday), The Ragamuffin Gospel and Abba's child by Brennan Manning, Desiring God and the Pleasure's of God by John Piper, Mere Christianity by C.S. Lewis... There are others, but that's a good starter list.
