		<description>Great post! I have also found social media to be extremely effective in showing appreciation. It is amazing what a simple twitter/facebook status can produce. 

Personally, I like the fact that it is quick and easy which means it won&#039;t get put off and possibly never done like note-writing seems to!</description>
