My Son Took His First Baby Steps, Have You?
They say every journey begins with a single step. Whatever you do now, where ever you are now, you got there because you took a step. Maybe it was answering a phone call. Maybe it was getting the courage and asking her out. It could have been saying yes to an opportunity.
My question to you now is this. What is the next step you need to take? What are you being called to do that you haven’t taken a step towards yet.
Tonight my son took his first two steps all by himself. They were not huge steps. He did not travel very far. He sat down immediately afterwards, but he took two steps. I do not know where he will end up in life, but I know that because he took two steps tonight, maybe he’ll have the courage to take three steps tomorrow.
